Notice is hereby given that the second external audit report for the construction of a new bulk outfall pipeline and the rehabilitation of the existing bulk outfall pipeline in Montague Gardens has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in line with Condition 13 of the Environmental Authorisation for the project (EIA reference: 16/3/3/1/A7/22/3026/21). The audit report and the revised Environmental Management Programme are available for perusal and download at the link below.
